- Choose 2 cups of your favorite cookie, shortbread, chocolate wafer, Oreo, gingersnap, etc.
- 3/4 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Crumble cookies up into a food processor. Blend cookies until texture resembles coarse meal. Pulse the processor while adding butter and salt until well combined. Press into 9″ pie pan bottom and up sides of pan. Put into the refrigerator until firm, which usually takes about 30 minutes. Add your favorite pie filling. Enjoy!
