Would you like to do something to build your confidence? A new Gallup poll research indicates that working out is the ultimate confidence booster in both men and women. It appears that people who exercise for only 30 minutes 2-7 times per week feel better about their physical appearance than the participants who didn’t exercise as much. The key is finding an exercise that you enjoy so you are not thinking about it as exercise but simply having fun. Unless you have a physical condition, everyone should be able to do this.
